Il Trebbiolo ownership has decided to keep unchanged their respect for nature, which has always been a priority of all families which managed it all over the centuries, starting from the twelfth century.

Today Il Trebbiolo Relais in Fiesole is a structure equipped with a trigeneration plant, producing electric power (450 KW/H) in full respect of environment and local laws.
