The restaurant

The cuisine, entrusted to our Chef, offers the typical art of the best tuscan recipes. The restaurant proposes special dishes such as Tortelloni del Mugello with white sauce and special ingredients from our own vegetable garden.

Other special dishes are: Trebbiolo Rice, succulent Tagliata di Chianina on a ruccola salad bed, and for the most gourmand guests “La Magia Nera” entirely made of warm chocolate.
